wealthscan.de provides general financial education for expats in Germany. Content on this site — including modules, calculators, and AI chat responses — is informational and educational only. It is not personalised financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice within the meaning of German or EU law.

No advice relationship exists between us and you. No suitability check is performed. Reliance on any content for personal financial decisions is at your own risk; consult a licensed advisor for your specific situation.

The AI chat assistant is grounded in our educational knowledge base and is constrained to explaining how things work in general terms. It is explicitly programmed to refuse personal product recommendations and to redirect personal-advice questions to a licensed advisor.

AI outputs may contain errors. We do not guarantee accuracy. Do not act on AI-generated content without independent verification.

The "Book a free call" feature connects you with an independent, IHK-certified financial advisor. That call is a separate engagement subject to the advisor's own disclosures and documentation obligations (Beratungsprotokoll). wealthscan.de is not a party to that advisory relationship and accepts no responsibility for advice given in the call.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• One account per person. Do not share access credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract content from the Service.
• Use the AI chat to generate content for redistribution as financial advice.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical access controls.

All curriculum content, design, and code is owned by or licensed to wealthscan.de. You may use the content for your own personal, non-commercial education. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all liability for direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, reliance on content, or financial decisions made based on anything on this site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or where limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.

The education is free. We may earn a commission if you choose to implement financial products through the advisor introduced via the "Book a call" feature. This is an independent broker relationship; we are not tied to any single provider. You are never obligated to book a call or implement any product.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

These terms are governed by German law (Deutsches Recht). Disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence continue to apply.
